參加方式及注意事項：
  1. 凡是於2008年6月1日至2008年8月31日期間成功推薦收親朋好友成為東森新訂戶，將推薦人及被推薦人的訂購帳單傳真或郵寄至東森美洲電視，推薦人即可獲得價值$100獎品，新訂戶並參加大抽獎。
  2. 參加者須完成下列作業：
    1. 電視收視帳單各一份(推薦者、新訂戶皆需提供)。
    2. 列印並完成"東森好禮 "薦"者有份兌獎表格"(線上完成表格填寫者亦需列印寄回)。
    3. 將電視收視帳單及 "薦"者有份兌獎表格"郵寄至東森美洲電視公司18430 E. San Jose Ave. City of Industry, CA 91748，或傳真至 626-581-8877 "薦"者有份活動小組。
    4. 所有贈品將於2-4週後寄出。
    5. 每一新訂戶/家庭限兌獎一次，推薦人除外。
    6. 所有新訂戶將自動進入每月抽獎活動。

The campaign period is 6/1/08-8/31/08, and all bills of Cable System sent to ETTV America are due by 8/31/08. Gift redemption is upon request. New subscribers refer to those who have not become a subscriber of ETTV in the residential areas in U.S.(Continent U.S.) for the past 60 days. Only New subscriber and Existing customer who refer families/friends to become a ETTV new subscriber will be entitled to get the gift. All cable operators are not legal endorsers of the promotion. All participants must be 21 years of age and legal resident of U.S.A. Allow 2-4 weeks for gift delivery. ETTV America Corp has the right to replace the gift item when the advertised gift item is not available. The free gift is as it is, can not be exchanged for others or cash. The lucky draw winner is responsible for prize shipping and possible tax charges.
