ETTV Top Idol / State Farm Visa Bankcard Sweepstakes


  1. SWEEPSTAKE: The 2012 ETTV Top Idol Sweepstakes is an online event for audience to participate while having an opportunity to receive various prizes. This online event will be held through ETTV Top Idol's official website, www.ettvamerica.com/topidol2012.

  2. SPONSORS: The event is sponsored by ETTV America Corporation and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company.

  3. SWEEPSTAKE PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on August 19, 2012 at 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT), ends on September 7, 2012 at 11:59 a.m. Pacific Time (PT).

  4. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States including the District of Columbia, except New Hampshire. To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes, participants must register to vote online with a legitimate email account, and be at least 18 years old at the time of entry to receive the prizes. Participants who are under the age of 18 CAN still register to vote. However, they will not be able to receive the prizes.

  5. PRIZES: Prizes include Wu-Bai & China Blue's concert tickets at Club Nokia, Los Angeles, California; State Farm Visa Bank Card (cash value of $750); and one LAX/TPE round-trip ticket in Economy Class. The above mentioned prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Transportation to and from the airport and any incidental cost not mentioned in the official rules are not included. The airport closest to the winner’s residence will be selected by the sponsors.

  6. VOTING DETAILS: Registration is mandatory before casting votes. Participants will need to reply to the confirmation e-mail from ETTV Top Idol to successfully complete the registration process. Each legitimate email account may vote 10 [ten] times per day. Participants may also mail in their registration information including legal name, date of birth, phone number, address, and email address to ETTV America Corporation, 18430 E San Jose Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748 to enter.

  7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and eliminate any participants from the Sweepstakes if they reasonably believes that the participant has been acting in violation of these Rules, or has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation and integrity of the Sweepstakes. ETTV America Corporation will announce the list of winners on www.ettvamerica.com / Top Idol Voting Phase Website and through news releases. Only winner’s Last Name, City and last 4 [four] digits of their telephone number will be shown due to privacy concerns.

  8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this contest and /or accepting a prize, a participant/winner agrees that the Sponsors and their affiliated companies, State Farm independent contractor insurance and financial services agents, Sponsors respective parents, promotion agents, officers, directors, employees, representatives and contractors will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by participant/winner for any liability for, injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons (including death) and property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the acceptance, travel or participation in prize acceptance. Winner accepts the inherent danger in travel and large venue events. Participants in this contest also agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless all persons at ETTV America Corporation, as RELEASEE, including all officers, agents, sponsors, employees, volunteer assistants, other contestants, visitors, or persons who may be present, from any cause of action, claims, or demands whatsoever.

  9. LIST OF WINNERS: To obtain an official list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by September 12, 2012 to ETTV America Corporation, 18430 E. San Jose Avenue, City of Industry, CA, 91748. Residents of Vermont need not include return postage.
